Since many of our classes meet only once per week, The Potter's School cannot observe all U.S. federal holidays, because they usually fall on Mondays. Observing all U.S. federal holidays over the course of a year would result in a significant disadvantage for those courses scheduled with Monday sessions. We regret not being able to more fully demonstrate due respect for the purpose of these holidays, and the inconvenience this may cause some families.

TPS will will come off Daylight Savings Time on November 4, 2012, and go on Daylight Savings Time on March 10, 2013. The schedule will be:

Notes

Note 1: Multiple Courses Registration is open for all courses, including Summer Term courses, to families who commit to paying for 5 or more courses during the regular school year (September through May), with the understanding that dropping below this commitment later may also require giving up high-demand seats to other waiting students.
Note 2: Overseas Registration is open to families who will live outside the four continental U.S. time zones for a significant part of the school year.
Note 3: Returning Family Registration is open to families completing one or more courses during the school year immediately prior to the registration year.
Note 4: Some classes have optional open houses for orientation during the previous week (Labor Day week, but not on Labor Day). These are typically held at the same time and in the same room as when the class will actually be held, or an alternate time and room will be provided. There are no open house sessions on Labor Day.
Note 5: While there will be no classes after this date, some courses may administer final exams that are due the following week (Memorial Day week).
